My birthday is soon! How quickly will my order be shipped?
We want to get your order to you ASAP, but because a lot of our product comes from overseas, it can sometimes take between 10-20 (MAX) days to get to you. Items should typically ship out 1-2 business days after ordering ; due to the handmade nature of some of our items, it can occasionally be longer. We know how frustrating that wait can be (we are the queen of instant gratification ourselves) so please know that we are in the works to bring production closer to home.
We can promise you that we will ALWAYS keep you updated via email about your package's status, and if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask us! Also, for your convenience, every product page will have a separate SHIPPING tab (in between the product description and RETURNS tabs) that will give you the most accurate delivery time frame for that particular product...we promise it will be worth the wait!
Do you ship internationally?
We do! We ship all over the world using USPS and/or ePacket, which connects with your local postal service. This shipping process is very economical, but it does take a bit of time. If you would like your order very quickly, please contact us and we can recommend an alternative carrier or option.
I forgot something! Can I change, cancel, or add to my order?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll see what we can do! Because of the distance and time difference, for most overseas items, we typically can not make change to an order after it has been sent through. We will always work to do what we can to make it work for you!.
My package tracking says "delivered", but it never arrived. What should I do?
Sometimes, local carriers will list packages as delivered when they arrive in the local facility, in which case, it may take two more days for the package to arrive. Contact the carrier to confirm the package is not being held, and search the premises to see if your package could have been left somewhere on your property.
In the unlikely event your package was lost or stolen in transit, we are not liable, and cannot be held responsible for missing packages which have been delivered by the carrier. Again, we will always work with you in every problematic situation to work out a fair solution and do our best to help you have the birthday you deserve!
Where are you located?
Our headquarters are in Downtown Dallas, Texas. Currently, we do not occupy a physical storefront…our online store is where all of the magic happens

Not 100% satisfied with the purchase?
No problem- we will gladly return any unopened items that have not been damaged or used within 30 days from the date of purchase. In order to complete your return, please contact a customer service representative at email@example.com to receive an authorization code and the return address. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. All returned items must be shipped back in their original packaging and packed within a cardboard box. And please make sure to not skip the approval code step…we will not be able to return ANY ITEM (even if you've shipped it f\directly to us already)that is not processed through our customer service department first.
Received an incorrect or damaged item?
Oh no- we can help! Incorrect or damaged orders must be reported within three days from the date the package was received. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your order, and we will do our best to figure it out and get the correct item to you! For a damaged item, please include a photo of the damage in your initial email to speed up the claims process.
